The Wisconsin Athletic Hall of Fame preserves Wisconsin’s rich history of athletic excellence, celebrates the values and virtues of sports and honors the principles of teamwork, leadership and character.
The Wisconsin Athletic Hall of Fame Walkway presented by Network Health, located on North Vel R. Phillips Avenue in Milwaukee's downtown sports and entertainment district, is a celebration of individuals honored in the Hall of Fame. Inductee are immortalized with a bronze plaque showcased along the walk. Recent walkway improvements include the addition of hanging banners on the east side of the Panther Arena, new signage, and a digital LED board which showcases videos celebrating Hall of Fame inductees and great moments in Wisconsin sports on the southeast corner of the arena.
Milwaukee Brewers All-Star and Silver Slugger Award Winner, Prince Fielder, and 2021 Ryder Cup Captain and Champion Steve Stricker are among three Wisconsin sports legends who were inducted into the Wisconsin Athletic Hall of Fame at the 74th Anniversary Induction Ceremony.
2025 marks the 75th Anniversary of the Wisconsin Athletic Hall of Fame. To commemorate this milestone, we are looking to compile a list of the 75 Best Wisconsin Sports Moments.
